All House Price 

The “average house price” continued to increase in the first two quarters of the year 2017. In Q1 2017, the average price for All House in Malaysia hit RM395,526. The price increased from RM370,667 (Q1 2016) to RM387,258 (Q4 2016). 

The highest average price was recorded in Kuala Lumpur at RM767,211, followed by Selangor (RM453,323), Pulau Pinang (RM419,802), Sabah (RM414,371) and Sarawak (RM411,371). The lowest price was noted in Kelantan at RM159,005

In Q2P 2017, the “average house” price for All House in Malaysia increased by 0.4% to RM397,190. Kuala Lumpur continued to record the highest price at RM773,109. Selangor ranked second at RM456,817. Sabah, Pulau Pinang and Sarawak followed with price at RM418,712, RM415,978 and RM411,152 respectively. The remaining states recorded prices lower than the national average with Perlis recorded the lowest at RM161,300.
